General Registration Information

NYSL follows an open registration philosophy. There are no tryouts. Everyone plays! Teams are formed using a system designed to create balanced teams based on factors like skill level and seasons played.

To see the age division your child will play in, use the Age Division Calculator under the Parents link to the left.

Most registration questions can be answered through our FAQ area.  If you can't find it there, you can email the registrar at registrar@nysl.com

Refunds are available if a player withdraws before the first practice.  A $5 administrative fee is kept by the league.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER, PLEASE NOTE:  Online registration payment  must be made with a credit card through our secured link.  If you are paying with a personal check or cash, you must register in person at walk-in registration.  

If you are receiving a discount because you are registering 3 or more players, are a coach, or are a board member, you must register in person at walk-in registration.
